【摘要】 目的:研究一种骨科患者下肢多功能防护架的研制及应用。方法:该下肢多功能防护架,包括布朗氏架,在布朗氏架上安装有烧伤架。本试验选取2013年1-10月本院住院的下肢骨折329例和膝关节术后强直患者66例,前者分为试验组169例和对照组160例,后者分为试验组34例和对照组32例。试验组采用新型下肢多功能防护架治疗,对照组则单纯采取常规治疗措施。比较各组的治疗效果。结果:下肢骨折试验组24 h内消肿止痛评分达I、II级130例(77%),对照组仅有39例(24%),试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);膝关节强直术后试验组达Ⅰ、Ⅱ级28例(82%),对照组仅有12例(37%),试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新型下肢多功能防护架的应用效果较好,值得在临床上推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the development and application of lower extremity multifunctional protective bracket of orthopedics patients.Method:The multifunctional protective bracket of the lower limb,including Brown’s frame,in Brown’s frame was provided with a burn rack.In the application trial,329 cases of lower limb fracture and 66 patients with knee ankylosis from January to October 2013 in our hospital were selected,which were divided into the experimental group(n=169) and the control group(n=160),the latter was divided into the experimental group(n=34) and the control group(n=32) too.The experimental group adopted new lower extremity multifunctional protective bracket treatment,the control group only taken routine treatment measures.The treatment effect between groups were compared.Result:The experimental group of lower limb fracture with 24 h swelling pain score to get I,II grade were 130 cases(77%),the control group only had 39 cases(24%);the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group of knee ankylosis as I,II in 28 cases(82%),the control group Ⅰ,Ⅱ amounted were only 12 cases(38%),the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Good application effect of new type of lower extremity multifunctional protective bracket,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
