超声药导和半导体激光联合常规保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效

【摘要】 目的:探讨超声药导和半导体激光联合常规保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:选择2011年7月-2013年9月本科收治腰椎间盘突出症患者97例,依据入院先后顺序分组试验组(49例)和对照组(48例),试验组常规卧床予消肿止痛药物治疗联合牵引,加用超声药导和半导体激光物理治疗。对照组常规卧床予消肿止痛药物治疗联合牵引。以VAS评分评价腰椎间盘突出症的疼痛缓解程度。结果:试验组治疗后各时间点VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期腰椎间盘突出症患者应用超声药导加半导体激光可明显缓解疼痛症状,治疗安全有效。

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of Ultrasonic medicine penetration and semiconductor laser in combination with conservative treatment of lumbar disc disease. Method: 97 patients with lumbar disc disease were treated from July 2011 to September 2013. Experimental group(49 cases) and control group(48 cases) were randomly assigned. The control group was given traction, detumescence and acesodyne medication. The experimental group was given ultrasonic medicine and semiconductor laser therapy in addition. The degree of pain relief of lumbar disc disease was evaluated by VAS score. Result: The VAS score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with lumbar disc herniation in early stage could be treated with ultrasound medicine and semiconductor laser for relieving pain, the treatment is safe and effective.
