【摘要】 近年来,阳痿的发病有逐年增加和日益年轻化的趋势。中青年阳痿患者中绝大多数是功能性阳痿,阳郁是中青年功能性阳痿发病的主要原因,应以通阳法作为主要的治疗方法。笔者运用《伤寒论》通阳法治疗中青年功能性阳痿取得了较好的疗效。通过3个治疗功能性阳痿的具体实例和体验,阐明了如何运用《伤寒论》通阳法来治疗中青年功能性阳痿,认为随着研究的深入,《伤寒论》通阳法必将更加广泛的运用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the incidence of ED(Erectile Dysfunction,ED) has increased but the incidence showed younger trend.Most young and middle-aged patients are functional impotence.Yang-qi stagnation is the main cause of morbidity and dredging-yang should be the main treatment method for them.The dredging-yang in Treatise on Febrile Disease acquires preferably effect in the practical treatment.With the experience of 3 cases,this paper illuminates how to use the dredging-yang in Treatise on Febrile Disease in treatment of functional impotence.With further research,dredging-yang method in Treatise on Febrile Disease will be more widely used in clinic of the functional-impotence treatment.更多还原
