原发性高血压患者血清脂蛋白磷脂酶A2及同型半胱氨酸检测的临床意义
The Clinical Value of Serum Lipoprotein Associated Phospholipase A2 and Homocysteine in Primary Hypertension
【摘要】 目的:对原发性高血压患者血清脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的变化进行分析和研究,探讨Lp-PLA2和HCY检测的临床意义。方法:按照随机数字表法选取2012年5月-2013年5月到本院进行治疗的90例原发性高血压患者作为试验组,选择同期在本院门诊进行健康体检的健康受试者30例作为对照组,用ELISA法对两组研究对象进行血清脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)活性水平测定,采用生化技术法对同型半胱氨酸(HCY)进行测定。对两组研究对象各项指标之间的差异进行比较和分析。结果:试验组LpPLA2水平测量结果明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LP-PLA2与各项变量之间存在正相关的关系(P<0.05);试验组血清HCY检测结果显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清LP-PLA2水平的变化与血压的变化呈正相关,可能参与了高血压的发生以及发展过程;血清LP-PLA2水平和HCY检测在高血压疾病的诊治中具有重要的临床意义,可作为参考的依据对高血压的风险层次进行判断。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical value of Lp-PLA2 and HCY in primary hypertension. Method: Ninety patients with primary hypertension were enrolled into trial group, and 30 healthy subjects were enrolled into control group from May 2012 to May 2013. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect Lp-PLA2, and biochemical technology was used to detect HCY. Result: Lp-PLA2 in trial group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between Lp-PLA2 and blood pressure. HCY in trial group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: LP-PLA2 may take part in formation and development of hypertension. LP-PLA2 and HCY can be used to be a reference to hypertension.
