【摘要】 目的:探讨耳鼻喉科患者术后引发并发症的相关独立危险因素。方法:随机抽选本院耳鼻喉科手术治疗的385例患者进行临床研究,术后出现并发症者59例,采用单因素和多因素回归分析术后出现并发症的相关危险因素。结果:对单因素分析显示有统计学意义的危险因素再进行Logistic回归分析,结果显示手术时间(OR=2.537,P=0.023)、住院时间(OR=5.208,P=0.003)、抗生素使用(OR=2.234,P=0.028)、术中出血量(OR=1.005,P=0.000)、合并高血压(OR=2.013,P=0.015)、感染并发部位(OR=2.711,P=0.013)是耳鼻喉科患者术后引发并发症的独立危险因素。结论:掌握耳鼻喉科患者术后并发症独立危险因素,可指导医生在手术时良好地控制各项并发症诱发危险因素,有效减少并发症的发生,改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the risk factors related to complications of postoperative patients of Department of ENT. Method: 385 cases of ENT operation in our hospital were randomly selected for clinical research, postoperative complications occurred in 59 patients, used a single factor and multi factor regression analysis of risk factors of postoperative complications. Result: The single factor analysis showed a statistically significant risk factor and Logistic regression analysis, the results showed the operation time(OR=2.537, P=0.023), the hospitalization time(OR=5.208, P=0.003), antibiotics(OR=2.234, P=0.028), the amount of bleeding(OR=1.005, P=0.000), hypertension(OR=2.013, P=0.015) were independent risk factors caused postoperative complications of patients in the department of ENT. Conclusion: Independent risk factors of patients with complications of Master Department of ENT after operation, can guide the doctor in the operation is good to control the complications of predisposing risk factors, reduce complications, improve the prognosis of the patients.更多还原
