【摘要】 目的:探讨不同过敏原检测方法的阳性检测率,为过敏性疾病患者的防治提供科学依据。方法:将80例过敏性疾病患者随机数字表法分为两组,第1组采用血清过敏原检测、生物共振检测系统进行过敏原检测,第2组采用皮肤点刺试验、生物共振检测系统进行过敏原检测。结果:皮肤点刺试验和生物共振检测系统阳性检测率接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清过敏原的阳性检测率与其他两种检测结果比较,存在显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:3种检测方法各有优缺点,但生物共振检测系统因过敏原试剂包含种类全面,容易筛选出过敏原,患者顺应性好,是一种适用、简便的筛查手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the positive detection rate of different allergens detection method, provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of allergic disease patients. Method: 80 patients with allergic diseases were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group 1 received detection of serum allergen, biological resonance detection system for detection of allergen, Group 2 used the detection of allergen skin prick test, biological resonance detection system. Result: Skin prick test and biological resonance detection system positive detection rate were closed, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Serum allergen positive detection rate and other two kinds of test results had significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: 3 kinds of detection methods have advantages and disadvantages. But biological resonance detection system for anaphylactogen reagent containing many kinds of comprehensive, easy screening allergens, and patient compliance is good, which is a suitable, simple screening method.更多还原
