【摘要】 目的:探讨抗生素联合宫炎康胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:选取本院2012年7月-2013年6月收治的64例慢性盆腔炎患者的临床资料进行研究分析,并按患者住院尾号分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(32例),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.88%,对照组为78.13%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗过程中均未发现不良反应;治疗组复发率(3.13%)低于对照组(9.38%)。结论:抗生素联合宫炎康胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎疾病效果显著,且复发率较低,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of antibiotics combined Gongyankang capsule in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method:64 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients from July 2012 to June 2013 were analyzed on the clinical data in the hospital in research according to the hospitalized patients with tail number divided into the treatment group (32 cases)and the control group (32 cases). The clinical effects between the two groups were compared after treatment. Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 78.13% while the treatment group was 96.88% after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment time. The recurrence rate of the treatment group (3.13%)was lower than the control group (9.38%). Conclusion:Antibiotics combined with Gongyankang capsule in treatment of chronic pelvic has significant effect,and the recurrence rate is low,is worth popularizing and application.更多还原
