中药内服外敷治疗乳腺囊肿疗效分析

【摘要】 目的:观察柴鹿消肿汤(自拟)配合外敷消瘀止痛软膏治疗乳腺囊肿的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组内服柴鹿消肿汤,对照组内服乳核散结片,两组均配合外用药消瘀止痛软膏治疗,治疗8周后观察疗效。结果:两组治疗后乳房疼痛及肿块大小比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组86.67%,对照组66.67%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:柴鹿消肿汤配合外敷消瘀止痛软膏治疗乳腺囊肿效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to observe the internal and the wood deer detumescence soup with packed away in analgesic ointment in the treatment of mammary gland cyst clinical curative effect.Methods:into the group of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group take orally from wood deer detumescence soup,control group take orally medicine cream nuclear fights,both groups cooperate external use away from analgesic ointment treatment,30 cases in each group,two groups of patients after 8 weeks treatment.Results:the two groups in terms of pain and lump in her breast size comparison,taking wood deer detumescence soup group effective rate was 86.67%,taking milk nuclear fights group effective rate was 66.67%,two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:to take orally the wood deer detumescence soup with packed away from analgesic ointment treatment of mammary gland cyst effect is obvious,worth clinical promotion.更多还原
