【摘要】 疾病模型动物主要应用于药理学方面的研究,在药物临床前安全性评价中没有得到广泛的应用。但对具有特殊药理作用(如降糖药、降血压药)药物的安全性评价中,疾病模型动物的引入可能更有利于具有特殊药理作用药物的安全性评价。本文就1型糖尿病模型动物自身特点研究的进展和在药物临床前安全性评价中存在的优势、应用前景和存在的问题作简要阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Animal disease models are not widely used in preclinical safety evaluation,and they are mainly applied in pharmacological researches. However,when it refers to the safety evaluation of drugs with special pharmacological effects such as drugs for hypertension and diabetes,animal disease models may have great advantages.In this paper,the authors reviewed the progress of researches on the characteristics of type 1 diabetic animal models as well as their advantages,application prospects and problems for preclinical safety evaluation.更多还原
