【摘要】 目的观察归脾汤加减联合米氮平治疗心血管神经症的疗效。方法将40例患者随机分为两组,对照组20例采用单纯米氮平治疗,观察组20例归脾汤加减联合米氮平治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为85%,明显高于对照组的65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论归脾汤加减联合米氮平治疗心血管神经症疗效优于单纯西医(米氮平)治疗,可有效的缓解患者的临床症状,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Guipi Decoction combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis.Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in control group were treated with mirtazapine,20 cases of observation group were treated with Guipi Decoction Combined with mirtazapine,then compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results The effective rate of observation was 85%,which was significantly higher than 65% of the control group,the difference had obvious statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Guipi Decoction combined with mirtazapine is better than pure western medicine(mirtazapine),which can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients effectively,and improve the treatment effect.更多还原
