【摘要】 目的观察缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年原发高血压合并糖尿病的安全性。方法抽取2013年8月~2014年8月我院收治的老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者93例,分为三组,给予其缬沙坦治疗(A组)、氨氯地平治疗(B组)和缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗(C组),分析三组临床安全性。结果治疗后,C组血压、血糖水平及总有效率,均高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年原发高血压合并糖尿病的安全较高,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the valsartan and amlodipine in combination with the safety of senile primary hypertension diabetes mellitus. Methods The extraction in August 2013 to August 2014 of our hospital, 93 cases of primary hypertension diabetes mellitus elderly patients, divided into three groups, given the valsartan treatment(group A) and amlodipine therapy(group B) and valsartan with amlodipine therapy(group C), clinical safety analysis of three groups. Results After treatment, and the total effective rate, blood pressure, blood sugar level of group C were higher than in group A and group B, with statistical significance(P<0.05).
