【摘要】 目的探讨中、晚孕孕妇彩色多普勒超声心动图筛查结果对选择分娩方式的意义。方法对2011年10月~2012年10月817例伴有临床表现的孕妇心脏彩色多普勒超声图像做回顾性分析。结果有17例提示心脏有先天性病变或器质性异常,占2.08%。其中4例剖宫产,12例阴道分娩,1例孕妇死亡。结论孕妇产前彩色多普勒超声心动图检查结果对临床处理生产方式有重要的指导价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To discuss the influence of the screening results of color Doppler echocardiography upon the choice of delivery mode by middle term and late pregnant women. 【Methods】 Doing retrospective analysis on the color Doppler sonography image from October 2011 to October 2012 of 817 pregnant women heart accompanied by clinical manifestation. 【Results】 Among the 817 cases of heart-ultrasound-test in pregnant women, there are 17 cases involving congenital heart disease or hint organic anomaly, accounted for 2.08%. These 17 cases consist of 4 cases in which pregnant women had been done cesarean section, of12 cases relevant to vaginal delivery, of 1 case relating to maternal mortality. 【Conclusion】 The results of prenatal color Doppler echocardiography inspection have great guiding value on clinical treatment mode of production.更多还原
