【摘要】 目的探讨动机性访谈对直肠癌Miles术结肠造口患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取2010年8月~2013年3月该院收治的86例直肠癌Miles术结肠造口患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理干预组)43例和观察组(动机性访谈组)43例,对两组患者的造口周围皮炎及其他并发症发生率、干预前后的生活质量进行对比。结果观察组的造口周围皮炎及其他并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,干预后的生活质量评分也明显好于对照组,均P<0.05。结论动机性访谈可有效控制直肠癌Miles术结肠造口患者的术后并发症,且可有效改善其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objectives】 To study and investigate the influence of motivational interviewing for the complications and life quality of patients with colostomy of Miles operation for rectal cancer. 【Methods】 86 patients with colostomy of Miles operation for rectal cancer in our hospital from August 2010 to March 2013 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing intervention group) 43 cases and observation group(motivational interviewing group) 43 cases, then the peristomal dermatitis rate and other complications rate, life quality before and after the intervention of two groups were compared. 【Results】 The peristomal dermatitis rate and other complications rate of observation group were obviously lower than those of control group, life quality after the intervention were obviously better than those of control group too, all P <0.05, the comparison items of two group after the intervention all had significant differences. 【Conclusion】 The motivational interviewing can effectively control the complications of patients with colostomy of Miles operation for rectal cancer, and it also can effectively improve the life quality of patient.更多还原
