【摘要】 目的观察斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液(艾易舒)联合射波刀(CyberKnife,CK)治疗非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者的临床疗效及生活质量。方法收集既往住院病历资料,纲入经射波刀治疗的晚期NSCLC住院患者77例,按是否联用斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液分为联合组和CK组。结果早期治疗有效率联合组为67.44%,CK组为52.94%(P>0.05)。生活质量提高率联合组为48.84%,CK组为23.53%;骨髓抑制发生率联合组发生率为27.90%,CK组发生率为55.88%;消化道反应联合治疗组发生率为20.93%,CK组发生率为44.12%,联合组生活质量提高率高于CK组,骨髓抑制和消化道反应发生率和程度均较于CK组低,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液可改善经射波刀治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy and quality of life by combined with Sodium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6therapy and CyberKnife therapy for NSCLC.【Methods】 77 inpatients with advanced NSCLC underwent CK therapy were collected, they were divided into joint group and CK group according to whether received combination therapy of Sodium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6 Injection. 【Results】The preliminary curative efficiency rate was 67.44% for patients who underwent combination therapy and 52.94% for those who received CK alone(P >0.05). The quality of life was improved by 48.84% for patients who underwent combination therapy and 23.53% for those who received CK alone; The rate of myelosuppression was 27.90% for patients who underwent combination therapy and 55.88% for those who received CK alone(P <0.05). The rate of gastrointestinal(GI) reaction was 20.93% for patients who underwent combination therapy and 44.12% for those who received CK alone(P <0.05). Statistically significant difference in the quality of life was found between the two groups(P <0.05). 【Conclusions】Our results show that Sodium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6 Injection can improve quality of life in patients with non-small cell lung cancer on treatment of CyberKnife.更多还原
