【摘要】 目的研究胆囊癌中SUMO-1基因mRNA的表达水平及在胆囊癌诊断中的应用价值。方法采用RT-PCR的方法检测外科切除的胆囊癌、癌旁肝组织、胆囊腺瘤样息肉中SUMO-1基因mRNA的表达水平并比较胆囊癌和癌旁胆囊组织之间、CA19-9阴性和阳性的胆囊癌之间、胆囊良恶性病变之间的SUMO-1基因mRNA表达水平的差异。结果 SUMO-1基因mRNA在胆囊癌及癌旁胆囊组织中都有表达,但在胆囊肝癌中的表达水平显著高于癌旁胆囊组织;在不同CA19-9水平的胆囊癌患者中SUM0-1基因mRNA均高表达,差别没有显著性;在胆囊腺瘤样息肉中SUMO-1基因mRNA也有表达,但表达水平明显低于胆囊癌。结论在不同CA19-9水平的胆囊癌中,SUMO-1基因mRNA均明显高表达,而在癌旁胆囊组织及胆囊腺瘤样息肉中表达较低,SUMO-1基因mRNA可作为诊断胆囊癌的一个重要的标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate the diagnosis significanceof the measurement of CA19-9 level in diagnosing carcinoma of gallbladder. 【Methods】The SUMO-1 mRNAs were examined by means of RT-PCR in carcinoma of gallbladder, gallbladder tissues surrounding gallbladder cancers, adenomatous polyp of gallbladder. The differences of expression level of SUMO-1 mRNA were compared between primary carcinomas of gallbladder and gallbladder tissues surrounding gallbladder cancers,positive serum CA19-9 and negative serum CA19-9 gallbladder carcinomas, primary carcinomas of gallbladder and benign tumors of gallbladder. 【Results】SUMO-1 mRNA all expressed in clinical primary carcinomas of gallbladder, gallbladder tissues surrounding gallbladder cancers, adenomatous polyp of gallbladder. There were significant differences between primary carcinomas of gallbladder and gallbladder tissues surrounding gallbladder cancers, primary carcinomas of gallbladder and benign tumors of gallbladder. No matter positive or negative of serum CA19-9 in the patients with gallbladder carcinoma, SUMO-1 mRNA all had over expression levels.【Conclusion】The resultssuggested that SUMO-1 may be an interesting target in the diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder carcinoma. Owing to the overexpression of SUMO-1, SUMO-1 mRNA may be a good marker in diagnosing gallbladder carcinoma.更多还原
