【摘要】 目的研究杜虹花中木犀草素提取工艺。方法采用正交试验进行优选,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间等因素的影响,优化提取条件;采用高效液相色谱法测定木犀草素含量,来比较提取效果。结果最佳工艺为加入10倍量70%的乙醇提取3 h。结论该工艺稳定可行,可用于工业化大生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the technology of extracting luteolin from Callicarpa formosana Rolfe.【Methods】 The optimum extraction process was selected with orthogonal design, and the factors of concentration and dosage of ethanol and extracting time were considered. Luteolin was determined by HPLC to compare the effect of extraction. 【Results】The optimum extraction process was that added 10 times 70% ethanol andthen impregnated 3 h.【Conclusions】The technology is stable and feasible, it’s suitable for industrial production.更多还原
