【摘要】 目的探讨高度近视白内障患者爱尔康衍射型多焦点人工晶体(Acry Sof Restor)植入的临床应用效果。方法选取高度近视合并白内障患者40例(52眼),分别植入AcrySofRestor渐进衍射型多焦点人工晶体(多焦组24例/32眼)和单焦点人工晶体(单焦组,16例/20眼)。术后3~6个月随访,观察术后两组患者的视力、视觉症状、视功能质量及对比敏感度情况。结果术后两组患者裸眼远视力、最佳矫正远视力、最佳矫正近视力差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),多焦组的裸眼近视力、最佳矫正远视力下近视力、全程视力优于单焦组(均P<0.05);光晕眩光视觉不良症状多焦组发生率高于单焦组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);多焦组脱镜率(96.88%)高于单焦组(65.00%)(P<0.05);术后3个月眩光及无眩光条件下低空间频率多焦组对比敏感度均明显低于单焦组(均P<0.05),多焦组中高空间频率对比敏感度均低于单焦组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论爱尔康(Acry Sof Restor)多焦点人工晶体为患者提供了良好的远、近视力,提高了患者脱镜率,但空间对比敏感度有缺失。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical effect of the Acry Sof Restor multifocal intraocular lens. 【Methods】Forty patients(52 eyes) were implanted with multifocal IOLs(Re STOR)(observation group, 24 patients, 33 eyes) or monofocal IOLs(Re STOR)(control group, 16 patients, and 20 eyes). The vision quality, visual symptoms, quality of visual function, contrast sensitivity was observed. 【Results】 There was no statistically significant difference in the corrected near and distant visual acuities and uncorrected distant visual acuity between these two groups(P >0.05) after operation. The uncorrected near visual acuity, the multifocal group’s best distance corrected near acuity and the entire vision was better than that in monofocal group(P <0.05). The adverse symptom such as light faint of multifocal group was better than that of the monofocal, but has no significant statistical difference after three months of operation. Spectacles were not necessary in multifocal group(96.88%) was higher than that in monofocal group(65%). Under the condition of glare and no glare circumstance, the contrast sensitivity of multifocal group was lower than that of monofocal one, with significant difference in low spatial frequency and no significant difference in high one. 【Conclusion】Acry Sof Restor muitifocal intraocular lens can provide the patient with perfect distant and near vision, increase the rate of not required spectacles and improved the quality life of patients.更多还原
