【摘要】 课题制的管理模式在一定程度上促进了科技经费的有效使用,有历史进步性。但是目前课题制实施过程中也出现了一些偏差,文章主要利用案例分析法和数据分析法对课题制模式的进步性和偏差进行分析,对国家实施科技计划项目的单位法人负责制,进一步探索和改善科技经费管理模式提供理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 project management system mode promotes the use efficiency of science and technology funds to a certain extent. It’s a historical progress. But there is some deviation in current project management system implementation process. In this paper, it analyzes progressive and deviation of project management system with case analysis and data analysis, in order to provide the basis for further exploring legal person responsibility system and improving the current fund management mode of science and technology.更多还原
