【Abstract】 Currently,Innovation 2.0 has been used to describe a new style of innovation, which is more interactive,dynamic and open in integrating and sharing knowledge and information than ever and has been involve by many people.The Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone is on the stage from an investment-driven economy to an innovation-driven one.In order to enhance the labors’ qualifications,the autonomy of employment and entrepreneurship and push the transformation of the medium and low level of manufacturing industry,it is necessary to build"Community Lab"and mass innovation incubator and the mass innovation culture with the idea of open, cooperation and credit.A new mass innovation environment apt to innovation 2.0 is needed to transfer the innovation to a kind of mass activity and motivate the innovative inspirations of the whole society.更多还原
