【摘要】 自2010年《关于推进再制造产业发展的意见》等再制造业扶持政策出台以来,我国再制造业发展迎来了"春天"。2012年底,党的十八大报告把生态文明建设放在突出地位,融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程。大力推进再制造业是实现"绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展"的重要路径。尽管我国再制造业近年来发展势头良好,但和美英日等国家相比,仍处于起步阶段。对美国、英国、日本等国家再制造业发展的政策和经验加以研究,以期为我国再制造业的健康可持续发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the introduction of supportive policy named "on promoting the development of the remanufacturing industry " in 2010, Chinese remanufacturing industry ushered in the "spring." By the end of 2012, Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put ecological civilization construction in a prominent position, integrated into economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, and all aspects of the whole process. Promoting the remanufacturing industry is access to achieving "green development,circular economy,low-carbon development".Although our remanufacturing industry development momentum in recent years is good, compared to Japan and other countries in Europe and America, our remanufacturing industry is still in its infancy. In this paper, the United States, Britain, Japan and other countries remanufacturing industry policies and experiences will be studied, in order to provide lessons for our remanufacturing industry.更多还原
