【摘要】 目的总结地特胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性。方法收集90例2型糖尿病患者,在指导控制饮食的基础上,单用地特胰岛素组35例;地特胰岛素+瑞格列奈组28例;地特胰岛素+门冬胰岛素组27例。比较三组疗效。结果 90例患者经地特胰岛素治疗后,其中达标者75例(83.3%),低血糖发生者5例(5.56%);三组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)同治疗前相比均有明显下降(P<0.01),但三组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地特胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病无论单独应用,还是联合口服药瑞格列奈或门冬胰岛素,都能有效地控制血糖,而且低血糖的发生率低,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical effect and safety of insulin detemir in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 90 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were enrolled. On the basis of diet control and guidance, the single insulin detemir group contained 35 cases, the insulin detemir+repaglinide group contained 28 cases, and the insulin detemir+insulin aspart group contained 27 cases. The curative effects of the three groups were compared. Results Among the 90 cases in insulin detemir treatment, there were 75 cases reached standard(83.3%) and 5 cases with hypoglycemia(5.56%). The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG), and glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c) were all obviously decreased, compared with those before the treatment(P<0.01), while there was no statistically significant difference in the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, the single application of insulin detemir and combined application with repaglinide or insulin aspart all can effectively control the blood glucose level with a low incidence of hypoglycemia.
