【摘要】 目的分析比较射频法和激光法治疗腋臭的疗效,探讨治疗腋臭的较优方法。方法收集本院自2010年5月10日~2012年3月10日收治并且符合临床观察条件病例60例,随机平均分组,实验组30例,行射频治疗;对照组30例,行激光治疗。对所有患者进行术后随访,并对两组患者的治疗效果进行统计学分析。结果两组治疗方法均100%有效,但实验组痊愈率73.3%,对照组痊愈率56.7%,实验组疗效明显优于对照组。且对照组有4例接受二次治疗以达到治疗效果,但实验组仅有1例接受二次治疗。结论射频治疗方法具有创伤小、操作简单、禁忌证少、恢复快等优点,且极少遗留瘢痕,同时可以脱毛,较适合美容要求较高的治疗,具有广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and contrast the clinical effects of axillary osmidrosis with the methods of radio frequency and laser,in order to investigate the superior method of axillary osmidrosis. Methods Collected 60 cases which were treated in our hospital and accorded to clinical observation conditions since May10,2010 to March 10,2012. Divided to experimental group of radio frequency and control group of laser averagely randomly,and each group consisted of 30 cases. All patients were followed up after surgery,and the treatment of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results The effective rate of two methods were both100%,but the cute rate of experimental group was 73. 3%,while the control group’s was 56. 7%,so the effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group. There were four cases in control group received secondary treatment to achieve the therapeutic effect,but only one case in experimental group.Conclusion Radio frequency treatment,with the advantages of small trauma,simple operation,less contraindications,quick recovery and so on,hardly leave over scar while removing hair,so it is more suitable for treatments demanding higher cosmetic requirement,having broad application prospects.更多还原
