【摘要】 目的探讨膝关节镜下可吸收缝线套扎治疗儿童前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的疗效。方法 2010年7月~2013年5月,对18例儿童前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折在关节镜下应用可吸收缝线套扎固定骨折块。结果术后X线示所有骨折复位满意。18例随访3~15个月,平均8个月。术后3个月X线片示骨折均愈合,17例前抽屉试验、Lachman试验查体均为阴性,1例前抽屉试验阴性,Lachman试验弱阳性,所有患者膝关节活动度正常,未发现影响骨骺发育现象。结论关节镜下可吸收缝线套扎治疗儿童前交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折,具有创伤小,恢复快,成本低廉,无须再次手术等优点,是一种可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation with absorbable suture ligature fixation on avulsion fracture from tibial eminence in children. Methods From July 2010 to May 2013,18 patients with avulsion fracture were treated with arthroscopic reduction and fixation using absorbable suture ligature fixation. Results Postoperative X-ray showed all the reduction of fracture was satisfactory. The mean follow-up period was 8 months( range,3- 15 months). X-ray indicated that all fractures healed 3 months after operation. Lachaman test and anterior drawer test were both negative in 17 cases. Anterior drawer test showed negative while Lachman test weakly positive in 1 case. The function of knees were normal in all patients and no effect was found on the epiphysis. Conclusion Arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation with absorption loop ligature fixation for the treatment of anterior tibial intercondylar avulsion fracture in children is safe,minimally invasive and cost-efficient. It does not need secondary operation,and patients can recover rapidly.更多还原
