【摘要】 目的:调查兴义市山区居民饮水相关知识、态度、行为状况以及分析其影响因素,为进一步开展健康饮水知识教育和干预提供科学依据。方法:按照简单随机抽样的方法抽取兴义市3个乡镇378名居民,采用问卷调查的方式对其饮水相关知识、态度和行为进行调查。结果:兴义市山区居民健康饮水知识知晓率、态度正确率和行为形成率分别为70.4%、74.6%和41.8%;三个乡镇居民的饮水知识知晓率不同,但在健康饮水态度和行为上是一致的;多元直线回归分析显示,文化程度、年龄和职业与饮水相关知识得分有统计学关联(P<0.05).结论:兴义市山区居民饮水健康知识知晓率和行为形成率较低,尤其是高年龄、文化程度低以及农民群体。因此,应加强对其进行饮水相关知识的宣传和教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the current situation of drinking water-related knowledge,attitude and behavior of the rural residents and its potential influencing factors in the mountainous area of Xingyi,so as to provide scientific evidence for drinking water health education and interferences. Methods A total of 378 residents were randomly selected from three towns of Xingyi as investigation object. The questionnaire about drinking water-related knowledge,attitude and behavior was taken among them. Results The awareness rate of health knowledge,the correct rate of health attitude and the forming rate of health behavior about drinking water in rural resident in Xingyi were 70. 4%,74. 6% and 41. 8% respectively. The awareness rates of drinking water-related knowledge were different,but the rates in health attitude and behavior were similar among three towns. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the scores of drinking water-related knowledge were associated with education degree,age and occupation( P ﹤ 0. 05).Conclusions The awareness rates of drinking water-related knowledge and the formation rate of health behaviors were relatively low among the residents,especially higher age,lower educated and farmer groups in the mountainous area of Xingyi. Health education should be strengthened to improve drinking water-related knowledge and health behavior of the residents.更多还原
