【摘要】 目的:综合评价我国社区对糖尿病的治疗效果,为糖尿病和发展社区慢性病防治提供客观依据。方法:运用Meta分析对纳入的相关文献进行综合分析。结果:实验组对空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖的控制优于对照组,空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖的合并效应量分别为1.21和0.57。结论:社区干预对糖尿病的治疗有成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehensively evaluate the effect of treating on patients with diabetes in communities in China,and provide basis for prevention and treatment of diabetes in community. Methods Meta-analysis was used to comprehensively analyze the related literatures. Results The effect of controlling fasting blood glucose(FBG) and blood glucose in 2hrs(2hBG) was better in intervention group than that in control group,in which the combined effect of FBG and 2hBG was 1. 21 and 0. 57,respectively.Conclusion Intervention in communities is effective to prevent and treat in diabetes mellitus.更多还原
