【摘要】 目的:了解贵州省医学生向农村基层择业意向,探讨其影响因素,为改善农村卫生人力资源提供参考依据。方法:运用自填式问卷调查四所学校高年级学生,了解医学生面向农村卫生医疗机构就业意愿,资料统计分析方法采用χ2检验和非条件Logistic回归分析。结果:仅58.3%的医学生选择愿意去农村基层工作;户籍所在地,对基层就业政策了解,学历,全家月收入,期望月薪和是否党员6个因素对医学毕业生到农村卫生机构就业有影响。结论:建议应根据农村卫生机构所需卫生人力采取农村定向招生并完善相关配套政策,学校应该加强教育引导,鼓励培养学生良好的择业观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the employment orientation of Guizhou medical students and to explore the influencing factors,and to provide references for improving rural health human resource. Methods Used a self-administered questionnaire to investigate the senior students from four medical schools,and studied their employment willingness to rural health care institutions. Chi-square test and non-conditional logistic regression analysis were used in data analysis. Results: Only 58. 3% of medical students wanted to work in rural health care institutions. The factors that influenced medical students’ employment willingness to rural health care institutions were: census registe,the knowledge about basic employment policy,education,family income,expected salary and party member. Conclusion: Relevant departments should take the targeted enrollment according to the needs of the rural health workforce and improve the supporting policies. Schools should strengthen the education,and encourage students to develop a good employment outlook.更多还原
