出血性卒中病人急性期外周血CD34~+和CD133~+/CD34~+细胞动员及其意义

【摘要】 目的探讨出血性脑卒中病人急性期外周血CD34+和CD133+/CD34+细胞动员情况及其意义。方法选取20例出血性脑卒中病人(出血组)和15名健康体检者(对照组),检测两组外周血中CD34+和CD133+/CD34+细胞数。结果出血组的CD34+细胞与CD133+/CD34+细胞在卒中后1~7 d均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。与1 d时相比,出血组外周血CD34+细胞数在卒中后2 d急剧下降,3 d时开始逐渐上升,5 d时达到最大,随后逐渐下降;CD133+/CD34+细胞数从卒中后1 d时开始逐渐升高,5 d时达到最大,随后逐渐下降。结论出血性卒中病人急性期外周血CD34+和CD133+/CD34+细胞均出现动员,CD34+和CD133+/CD34+细胞数量变化情况可能是急性出血早期敏感指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mobilization of CD34+and CD133+/CD34+progenitor cells in peripheral blood of patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke and its significance. Methods Twenty patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke(H group) and 15 healthy people(control group) were selected. CD34+and CD133+/CD34+progenitor cells in peripheral blood were counted in the two groups. Results After hemorrhagic stroke 1-7 d, CD34+and CD133+/CD34+cells in H Group were lower than those in control group(all P < 0.05). In the H group, compared with 1d, the CD34+cells there were sharp decline at 2nd d, CD34+cells were gradually increased from 3rd d, reached a maximum at 5th d, and then gradually decreased. CD133+/CD34+cells began to rise from 1 d, reached the maximum at 5 d, and then gradually decreased. Conclusions CD34+and CD133+/CD34+cells in peripheral blood are mobilized at early stage in the patients with hemorrhagic stroke. The changes in number of CD34+and CD133+/CD34+might be a sensitive indicator for early acute hemorrhage.
