泌尿系结石儿童尿草酸、枸橼酸、钙、镁含量分析

【摘要】 目的分析测定80例泌尿系结石儿童患者和50例正常儿童24 h尿草酸、枸橼酸、钙、镁含量,并分析四者之间的相关性。方法收集80例泌尿系结石儿童患者和50例正常儿童24 h尿,测定其草酸、枸橼酸、钙、镁含量,采用统计方法分析四者之间的相关性。结果泌尿系结石儿童24 h尿草酸、枸橼酸、钙及镁测定结果平均值(mg/L)分别为60.9±27.5、183.8±71.4、98.5±52.1和55.1±28.6,对照组儿童24 h尿草酸、枸橼酸、钙及镁测定结果平均值(mg/L)分别为46.7±6.8、269.7±116.5、53.2±18.8和72.5±26.0。泌尿系结石儿童患者尿草酸、钙含量均值明显高于正常儿童,尿枸橼酸、镁含量均值明显低于正常儿童。尿草酸含量和枸橼酸含量相关,尿钙含量和尿镁含量相关,且均呈负相关,其他含量之间无相关性。结论 24 h尿中草酸、枸橼酸、钙、镁含量分析对儿童泌尿系结石的诊断、治疗和预防具有重大意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the contents and analyze the correlation of oxalic acid,citric acid,calcium and magnesium in 24 h urine collected from 80 children suffering from urinary stone and compared with those from 50 normal children.Methods The 24 h urine of 80 children suffering from urinary stone and 50 normal children were collected,and the contents of oxalic acid,citric acid,calcium and magnesium were determined. The correlation between four analytes were statistically analyzed. Results The average measurements( mg / L) of oxalic acid,citric acid,calcium and magnesium in 24 h urine of children suffering from urinary stone were respectively 60. 9 ± 27. 5,183. 8 ± 71. 4,98. 5 ± 52. 1 and 55. 1 ± 28. 6. The average measurements( mg / L) of oxalic acid,citric acid,calcium and magnesium in 24 h urine of the normal children were respectively46. 7 ± 6. 8,269. 7 ± 116. 5,53. 2 ± 18. 8 and 72. 5 ± 26. 0. The contents of oxalic acid and calcium in 24 h urine of children suffering from urinary stone were significantly higher than those of the normal children. The contents of citric acid and magnesium in 24 h urine of children suffering from urinary stone were significantly lower than those of the normal children. There were negative correlation between the contents of oxalic acid and citric acid,and also between the contents of calcium and magnesium.Conclusion The study is of significance for diagnosing,treating and preventing children suffering from urinary stone.
