2013年张掖市发热呼吸道症候群细菌多重PCR检测结果分析

【摘要】 目的了解该地区发热呼吸道症候群细菌病原谱的构成。方法对张掖市1家哨点医院自2013年1月-2013年12月符合发热呼吸道症候群监测病例定义的患者采集痰液标本,每月5份~6份,用多重聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法对肺炎链球菌(SP)、流感嗜血杆菌(HI)、军团菌(LP)、百日咳杆菌(BP)、肺炎衣原体(CT)、肺炎支原体(MP)6种呼吸道病原菌进行检测。结果检测痰液标本63份,总阳性率为96.83%(61/63),其中SP为29.51%(18/61)、SB+HI为65.57%(40/61)、SB+MP为4.92%(3/61),未检出CT、LP及BP;全年均有发病,发病季节变化不明显;<5岁儿童较多,阳性构成比为27.86%(17/61);男性、女性细菌感染阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论张掖市发热呼吸道症候群细菌类病原主要为肺炎链球菌、流感嗜血杆菌和肺炎支原体。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the formation of bacterial pathogens spectrum of fever respiratory syndrome in the region.Methods Sputum samples were collected from patients diagnosed as fever respiratory syndrome in a sentinel hospital of zhangye from January to December in 2013,and 5-6 copies monthly. Polymerase chain reaction( PCR) was used for the detection of6 kinds of respiratory pathogens: streptococcus pneumoniae( SP),haemophilus influenzae( HI),legionella bacteria( LP),whooping cough bacili( BP),pneumonia chlamydia( CT),and mycoplasma pneumoniae( MP). Results As a result of 63 sputum specimens in detection,the total positive rate was 96. 83%( 61 /63),including SP was 29. 51%( 18 /61),SB + HI was 65.57%( 40 /61),SB + MP was 4. 92%( 3 /61),CT,LP and BP were not detected; Throughout the year all have come on,and the change in season is not obvious; Less 5 years old children are more and the positive constitute rate was 27. 86%( 17 /61);Difference of Men and women bacterial infection positive rate has no statistical significance( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Fever bacterial pathogen respiratory syndrome in zhangye is mainly streptococcus pneumoniae,haemophilus influenzae and mycoplasma pneumoniae.
