高效液相色谱法检测化妆品中的三氯生、三氯卡班
Triclosan and triclocarban detection of cosmetics with high performance liquid chromatography
【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中的抗菌剂三氯生、三氯卡班的方法。方法称取化妆品试样约0.5 g(精确到0.1 mg),置于50 ml刻度试管中,加入15 ml甲醇,在超声波清洗器中超声提取20 min,用甲醇稀释至刻度,混匀。以10 000 r/min离心10 min,将离心后的上清液经滤膜过滤,采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱分离,以甲醇+水(70+30)为流动相,检测波长281 nm,根据其保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果样品中的三氯生、三氯卡班得到很好的分离,在样品中加入了3种抗菌剂混合标准,三氯生与三氯卡班的回收率分别在90%~102%之间与96%~101%之间,标准偏差均在1.08%~1.83%之间。结论该方法简便,快速,准确,重复性好,准确度及精密度较高。适合化妆品或洗涤用品中对三氯生、三氯卡班的测定。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for antimicrobial( triclosan and triclocarban) detection of cosmetics with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Methods Select sample 0. 5 g and put it into 50 ml test tube. Add methanol15 ml,extract 20 min with supersonic,dilute to scale by methanol,centrifuge at 10 000 r /min for 10 min,filtrate the supernatant after centrifugation,separate with ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column,using methanol + water(70 + 30) as mobile phase,detected wavelength at 281 nm,according to the retention timeand peak area went qualitation and quantitation respectively. Results Triclosan and triclocarban in the sample was separated well. Spiked 3 levels standard in sample,recovery of triclosan is between 90% ~ 102%,recovery of triclocarban is between 96% ~ 101%,RSD is between 1. 08% ~ 1. 83%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible,high accuracy and precision. Suitable for cosmetics or cleaning products in the determination of triclosan.
