【摘要】 目的了解2013年度某地区食品安全基本状况,有利于对某些超标样品进行重点关注和监管。方法按照《食品卫生检验方法理化部分》《食品微生物学检验》等通过了食品检验机构资质认定的项目进行检测,按照《食品卫生标准》《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》等进行结果评价,并对检测结果进行汇总分析。结果 2013年共检测食品1 197份,合格率为89.97%;8 295项次,项次合格率为98.19%;豆制品等10类食品安全性较好,合格率均在90%以上;糕点、酱腌制品、饮料等3类食品合格率相对较低。结论某地区食品及食品相关用品检测结果总体状况较好;食品检验中项次不合格的主要原因是微生物污染;糕点、酱腌制品、饮料等3类食品合格率相对较低,具有一定的安全隐患。建议有关部门应加强对食品的卫生监测,尤其对某些超标样品进行重点关注和监管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the situation of food safety in 2013 of a certain district so as to pay more attention and supervision to some samples exceeding the standard. Methods The samples were tested in accordance with the"food hygiene inspection physico- chemical portion","microbiological examination of food hygiene"whose qualification were confirmed by the food inspection agency,and were evaluated in accordance with the "food hygiene standards","food additive food hygiene standards". The testing results were collected and analyzed. Results In 2013,a total of 1 197 food samples were detected,and the qualified rate is 89. 97%; among the 8295 items,the qualified rate were 98. 19%; soy products such as ten categories of food security is better,and the qualified rate was more than 90%; the qualification rates of cake,pickled products,and beverages were relatively low. Conclusion The detection of food in an area was generally good; the main reasons were of unqualified food inspection were microbial contamination; cake,pickled products,beverages and so on have low qualification rate,and has certain security risks. It’s suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen the food health monitoring,especially pay focus attention and supervision to some samples exceeding the standard.更多还原
