【摘要】 目的检测系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者外周血及血清中CD200和多种自身抗体的表达水平,并探讨其相互关系。方法采用流式细胞术检测受试者外周血细胞表面CD200的表达,应用ELISA方法检测血清游离CD200水平,同时用印迹法检测患者相关自身抗体的阳性率。结果 SLE患者CD3+CD4+T细胞CD200的表达及血清游离CD200水平均显著高于健康对照者(P<0.05);SLE患者抗ds-DNA、Sm、ARPA、抗核小体抗体阳性率明显高于对照组;SLE患者自身抗体表达阳性者,其外周血及血清中CD200的表达显著高于自身抗体表达阴性者。结论 SLE患者CD200表达异常,且与SLE相关自身抗体的表达密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the expression levels of CD200 and autoantibodies in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus( SLE),and explore their mutual relation. Methods The expression level of CD200 in cell surface of SLE patients and healthy controls was detected by flow cytometry,and that of serum free CD200 level was detected by ELISA. The positive rate of SLE autoantibodies was detected by immunoblotting. Results In SLE patients,the number of CD200 in CD3+CD4+T cells and the level of free CD200 were significantly higher than those in healthy controls( P < 0. 05). The positive rates of anti-dsDNA antibody,anti- Sm antibody,ARPA and anti- nucleosome antibody in SLE group were much higher than those in the control group. In SLE patients,the expression levels of CD200 in serum and peripheral blood were higher in autoantibodies positive cases than negative cases. Conclusion CD200 expression is abnormal in SLE patients,and it has close relation with the expression of SLE- related autoantibodies.更多还原
