快速溶剂萃取-离子色谱法测定湖底沉积物中三聚磷酸盐
Determination of tripolyphosphate in lake sediments by accelerated solvent extraction-ion chromatography
【摘要】 目的建立一种简便快捷的快速溶剂萃取-电导检测离子色谱法测定湖底沉积物中三聚磷酸盐含量的方法。方法通过选择合适的溶剂及萃取条件,采用快速溶剂萃取仪提取湖底沉积物中的三聚磷酸盐,采用IonPac AS-19高容量阴离子交换分析柱进行分离,淋洗液自动发生装置在线产生KOH进行梯度洗脱,抑制型电导检测,40 min内同时测定湖底沉积物中三聚磷酸盐及水中常规阴离子、部分含磷化合物。结果测定的三聚磷酸盐在20μg/L~2 000μg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限低,为5.0μg/kg,灵敏度高,测定三聚磷酸盐的保留时间、峰面积相对标准偏差均<3%,回收率在88%~103%之间。结论该方法操作简便、实用性强、结果可靠,可以用于环境湖底沉积物中三聚磷酸盐的测定。
【Abstract】 Objective A rapid and simple method was established for determination of tripolyphosphate in the lake sediments by accelerated solvent extraction-ion chromatography(ASE-IC).Methods Tripolyphosphate in the lake sediments was extracted based on the proper choice of solvent and extraction conditions of ASE.Tripolyphosphate in lake sediments,anions and some phosphorus compounds in water were detected simultaneously in 40 min,with high capacity IonPac AS-19 as analytical column,KOH eluent generated by autogeneration device online for gradient elution,and a suppressed conductive detector as the detector.Results Tripolyphosphate showed good linear relationship in the concentration range of 20 μg /L ~ 2 000 μg /L,with low detection limit(5.0 μg /kg) and high sensitivity.The relative standard deviation of retention time and peak area of tripolyphosphate were less than 3%,and the recovery rate varied between 88% ~ 103%.Conclusion The method is simple,practical,reliable,it can be used for determination of tripolyphosphate in the lake sediments.
