义乌地区健康体检妇女宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染情况分析

【摘要】 目的了解义乌地区女性人群中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率及分型情况。方法采用导流杂交法(HybriMax)对3134例健康体检妇女进行HPV-DNA基因分型,分析其感染及重叠情况、分型和年龄分布特点。结果 HPV感染率为17.74%,其中本地、外来及外籍妇女HPV感染阳性率分别为15.3%、18.7%和22.6%;单一HPV感染占88.3%,重叠感染占11.7%。高危型HPV检出率为77.21%,感染前5位是HPV16、52、33、18和HPV58,低危型HPV基因型主要是HPV6和HPV11,低危型HPV检出率为22.79%。≤20岁和>51岁年龄组HPV检出率较高,分别为24.46%和23.62%。结论义乌妇女HPV感染基因型分布与特点受人口流动影响,对健康妇女进行HPV感染率和基因分型检测有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence and genotypes of human papillomavirus(HPV) in women in Yiwu of Zhejiang province. Methods The flow- through hybridization technique(HybriMax) was used to detect HPV genotypes in 3134 women receiving physical examination. Then the situation of HPV infection and overlapping infection,genotypes and age distribution characteristics were analyzed. Results The total HPV infection rate was 17. 74% in the 3134 women. The HPV infection rates of local,overseas and foreign women were 15. 3%,18. 7% and 22. 6%,respectively. The positive rates of single HPV infection and overlapping HPV infection were 88. 3% and 11. 7% respectively. High- risk HPV( HR- HPV) positive rate was 77. 21%,and the five most common prevalent HPVs were HPV- 16,52,33,18 and HPV 58. While the low- risk HPV(LR- HPV) positive rate was 22. 79%,mainly HPV6 and HPV11. HPV infection rates were found higher in people under 20 years old(24. 46%) and those above 51 years old(23. 62%). Conclusion Genotype distribution and characteristics of HPV infection in women of Yiwu were influenced by population mobility. Detection of HPV infection rate and genotypes is of great significance in healthy women.
