东菱迪芙治疗突发性耳聋对血液流变学及凝血机制的影响
Study on the influence of Batroxobin therapy on hemorheology and coagulation mechanism in sudden deafness patients
【摘要】 目的探讨突发性耳聋东菱迪芙治疗前后血液流变学及凝血机制的变化。方法对78例突发性耳聋患者溶栓治疗前后血液流变学的各项指标及凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白含量(FIB)的检测。结果突发性耳聋患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数均高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前凝血机制与正常对照组无显著区别,治疗后APTT无显著区别,PT、TT、FIB有显著区别。PT、TT明显延长,FIB显著下降。结论患者血液黏度增高,引起内耳微循环障碍,是造成突发性耳聋的重要原因。选择东菱迪芙溶栓治疗突发性耳聋时PT、TT、FIB可作为疗效观察和安全用药的检测指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes of hemorheology and coagulation mechanism in the sudden deafness patients with Batroxobin therapy. Methods Hemorheological indexes and prothrombin time( PT),activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT),thrombin time( TT),fibrinogen( FIB) were detected in 78 patients with sudden deafness before and after thrombolytic therapy. Results The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,aggregation index of erythrocytes,erythrocyte deformation index were all higher in sudden deafness patients than those in normal control group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference between sudden deafness patients and control group in clotting mechanism. While before and after Bartoxob treatment,APTT had no significant difference in sudden deafness patients,but PT,TT and FIB had significant difference. PT, TT significantly prolonged,while FIB significantly droped. Conclusion Inner ear microcirculation disturbance due to blood viscosity increase was the important reason to the sudden deafness. PT,TT,FIB can be used as detection indexes of curative effect observation and safe medication in Batroxobin therapy of the sudden deafness.
