【摘要】 目的初步探讨哮喘易感基因CTLA4单核苷酸多态性(-318C/T、+49 A/G、-443 A/T、-658C/T、-994A/G、-1147C/T SNP位点)在深圳哮喘患儿中的基因频率和基因型频率。方法分别收集深圳地区40例哮喘患儿及正常儿童外周血标本,应用基因测序技术对-318C/T、+49 A/G、-443 A/T、-658C/T、-994 A/G、-1147C/T SNP位点进行研究,分析在深圳地区儿童中其多态性、基因频率与哮喘之间的关系。结果在哮喘组和对照组中,-318C/T、-443 A/T、-1147C/T位点多态性、基因频率无明显差异(P>0.05);+49 A/G、-658C/T、-994 A/G位点基因型及基因频率均有显著性差异。结论在深圳哮喘儿童中+49 A/G、-658C/T、-994 A/G位点多态性可能发生的频率较高,-318C/T、-443 A/T、-1147C/T位点多态性的发生频率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the gene frequency and genotype frequency of CTLA4 SNPS(-318C /T SNP,+ 49 A / G SNP,-443 A / T SNP,-658C / T SNP,-994 A / G SNP,-1147C / T SNP) in asthma children in Shenzhen. Methods CTLA4-318C / T SNP,+ 49 A / G SNP,-443 A / T SNP,-658C / T SNP,-994 A / G SNP,-1147C / T SNP were analyzed by DNA sequencing in 40 children with asthma and 40 healthy children in Shenzhen. Results The gene frequency of-318C / T,-443 A / T,-1147C / T SNPS of the CTLA4 gene had no obvious difference between the asthma children group and the control group( P > 0. 05). While that of + 49A / G,-658C / T and-994 A / G of the CTLA4 gene had obvious difference between the asthma children group and the control group. Conclusion The frequency of-318C / T,-443 A / T and-1147C / T SNPS of the CTLA4 gene is low in children with asthma in Shenzhen,but that of the + 49 A / G,-658C / T,-994 A / G SNPS is higher.更多还原
