液相色谱法同时测定美容美发工作场所空气中12种芳香胺

【摘要】 目的建立同时测定美容美发工作场所空气中12种芳香胺染料成分的溶剂解吸—液相色谱方法。方法工作场所空气中的芳香胺采用硅胶管采集,用10%乙腈的水溶液(pH=3.5)解吸后进样,通过液相色谱—二级阵列管检测器(HPLC—DAD)分离测定。结果该法中12种芳香胺有较好的分离度,线性相关系数在0.9990~1.0000之间,线性范围在0.5 mg/L~200 mg/L至2 mg/L~200 mg/L之间,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%~8.3%,最低检出质量浓度为0.02 mg/m3~0.12 mg/m3(以采集12 L工作场所空气计),平均解吸效率为91.7%~100%,采样效率为92.4%~100%,100 mg硅胶管对12种芳香胺的穿透容量为643.7μg~1143μg,样品在4℃避光冷藏条件下可保存3 d。结论该法操作简便,准确度、精密度及解析效率均满足要求,适用美容美发工作场所空气中多种芳香胺的测定。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 12 arylamine dyes in air of hairdresser salon workplaces by solvent desorption-HPLC. Methods The arylamines in air were collected by silicone tubes and desorbed by pH3. 5 water containing 10% acetonitrile,then the desorption solution was analyzed by HPLC-DAD. Results The 12 arylamines were separated well with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9990 ~ 1. 0000,the linear range was from 0. 5 mg / L ~ 200 mg / L to 2 mg / L ~ 200 mg / L. The average RSDs were 1. 6% ~ 8. 3%,the lowest limits of concentration were 0. 02 mg / m3~ 0. 12 mg / m3with a gas volume of 12 L,the average desorption efficiencies were 91. 7% ~ 100%,the sample collection efficiencies were 92. 4% ~ 100%,the penetration capacities of 100 mg silicone tube for the arylamines were 643. 7 μg ~ 1143 μg. The samples could be stored for 3 days at 4 ℃ refrigerator avoiding light. Conclusion This method is simple,fast and reliable with good accuracy and desorption efficiency for determination of multiple arylamines in workplace air of hairdresser salons.
