【摘要】 目的了解昌平区各级医疗机构消毒效果,科学指导医疗机构消毒。方法对各级医疗机构消毒效果监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2010年-2012年检测合格率分别为90.85%、95.69%和98.48%,3年的合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=71.45,P<0.05);不同检测项目中室内空气合格率为82.87%,物体表面合格率98.14%,手表面合格率为92.94%,压力蒸汽灭菌器的合格率99.07%,使用中的消毒剂合格均为100.00%,污水合格率为96.43%,不同检测项目合格率差别有统计学意义(χ2=251.36,P<0.05);不同级别医疗机构合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.91,P<0.05)。结论昌平区各级医疗机构消毒工作状况总体较好,样品监测合格率较高,但仍然存在一些问题,需采取进一步措施加强培训工作及消毒监测和管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the disinfection status of medical institutions at various levels in Changping district of Beingjing,so as to provide scientific basis for guiding disinfection of medical institutions. Methods The disinfection effect monitoring results of medical institutions from 2010 to 2012 were conducted statistical analysis. Results The qualified rates were 90. 85%,95. 69% and 98. 48% respectively from 2010 to 2012,and the difference was statistically significant( χ2= 71. 45, P < 0. 05). The qualified rates of indoor air,object surface,hand,pressure steam sterilizer,disinfectant in use and polluted water were 82. 87%,98. 14%,92. 94%,99. 07%,100% and 96. 43% respectively. The difference were statistically significant in different detection items and hospitals at different levels( χ2= 251. 36,P < 0. 05,χ2= 31. 91,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions were general good in Changping district,showing higher qualified rates.
