浊点萃取-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定水样中痕量汞

【摘要】 目的建立硫代米氏酮-浊点萃取-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定水样中痕量汞的方法。方法以硫代米氏酮为络合剂,Triton X-114非离子表面活性剂浊点萃取水样中的硫代米氏酮-汞螯合物,氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定。详细探讨了溶液pH、试剂加入量等实验条件对浊点萃取及测定灵敏度的影响。结果在已优化的条件下测定汞的检出限(3 s/k)为0.015μg/L,相对标准差(n=6)为1.3%。利用该法分别测定了自来水与河水的汞含量,结果令人满意,加标回收率分别为96%~109%,91%~97%。结论本法用于测定痕量汞是可行的,能获得满意的结果。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of trace mercury in water samples by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry and cloud point extraction with dithizone. Methods Dithizone-mercury chelate was extracted from water samples by cloud point extraction using nonionic surfactant Triton X-114,then mercury in water samples was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The optimal extraction and reaction conditions( e. g.,pH,reagent concentration) were studied. Results Under the optimized condition,the detection limit( 3s / k) of mercury was 0. 015 g / L, the relative standard deviation( RSD) for six determinations was 1. 3%. The mercury contents in tap water samples and river water samples were determined respectively,and the recoveries were 96% ~ 109% and 91% ~ 97%,respectively. Conclusion The proposed method was successfully applied to determination of trace mercury in water samples.
