大白菜对褐腐病抗性的快速鉴定方法研究

【摘要】 为了建立一套大白菜对褐腐病抗性的快速鉴定方法,本研究对菌丝、菌核作为接种物进行了比较,并分析了菌丝浓度、接种苗龄、接种温度以及接种后空气湿度对褐腐病发病的影响。结果表明:菌饼回接土壤表面为最佳接种方法,菌丝浓度对致病力无影响;最佳接种苗龄为1~2叶期,最佳接种温度25℃,最佳接种湿度90%~100%;病情指数调查均在接种后第7天。

【Abstract】 In order to establish a set of methods for rapid identification of Chinese cabbage resistant to brown rot, we compared the hyphae as inoculum with sclerotia,and analyzed the influence of seedling stage,temperature and air humidity on the occurrence of brown rot.The result showed that inoculation of fungus cake to soil surface was the best method,hyphae concentration was irrelevant to the virulence,the optimal inoculated seedling stage was 1-2 leaf,the optimal inoculated temperature was 25 ℃ and the optimal inoculated humidity was 90%-100%, disease index was surveyed at seven days after inoculation.
