【摘要】 <正>苹果茎痘病毒(Apple stem pitting virus,ASPV)是一种严重危害果树生产的潜隐性病毒,常与苹果褪绿叶斑病毒(Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus,ACLSV)苹果茎沟病毒(Apple stem grooving virus,ASGV)等混合侵染苹果和梨,不仅削弱树势,降低产量,而且使得果实品质变差。该病毒分布广泛,德国、波兰和中国等都有报道[1-3]。ASPV属于凹陷病毒属Foveavirus,基因组为单链正义RNA,全长约9 306个核更多还原
