【摘要】 目的检测结直肠癌组织中E-钙粘着蛋白(E-cadherin)、转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factorβ,TGF-β)和β-连环链蛋白(β-catenin)的表达,探讨3者之间的关系及其与临床病理特征间的联系。方法采用免疫组化方法分别检测56例结直肠癌标本癌和癌旁组织中E-cadherin、TGF-β、β-catenin的表达,并采用统计学方法分析其与肿瘤分化、浸润和转移之的相关性。结果癌组织中E-cadherin和β-catenin表达均低于癌旁组织(82.14%vs.100%,82.14%vs.89.29%,P<0.01),TGF-β表达癌组织高于癌旁组织(92.86%vs.75%,P<0.01),肿瘤恶性程度越高E-cadherin和β-catenin表达阳性率越低,呈负相关,相反,TGF-β表达与恶性程度呈正相关,均有统计学意义。结论结直肠癌标本癌和癌旁组织中3种蛋白E-cadherin、TGF-β、β-catenin的表达差异明显,并与肿瘤恶性程度呈正/负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expressions of E-cadherin,TGF-β and β-catenin in colorectal cancers and their role in the cancer development and metastasis. Methods Cancer and adjacent normal tissue samples of 56 patients with colorectal cancer were collected and used in this study. The expressions of E-cadherin,TGF-β and β-catenin were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation of these threeproteins with cancer cell differentiation,invasion and metastasis were analyzed. Results Compared with the adjacent normal tissues,the positive rates of E-cadherin and β-catenin in the cancer tissues were significantly lower( P < 0. 01),while TGF-β was significantly higher( P < 0. 01). In the colorectal cancer tissues,the expressions of E-cadherin and β-catenin were negatively correlated with the malignant degree of the tumors,while the expression of TGF-β was positively correlated with it. Conlusions The expressions of E-cadherin,and β-catenin and TGF-β are significantly different in the cancer and adjacent normal tissues. The expressions of E-cadherin and β-catenin are negatively,and that of TGF-β is positively correlated with the malignant degree of colorectal cancers.更多还原
