【摘要】 利用DEA评价模型,选取工业生产的五个投入指标和两个产出指标,对西部地区10个省(市、区)的工业生产技术效率进行评价。结果表明,西部作为国家"十二五"规划重点开发和扶持的地区,工业生产效率较高,但工业基础较薄弱,部分省(市、区)工业生产技术效率较低。分析了部分省份工业生产技术效率低下的原因,提出了对策与建议,以期为相关部门提供理论指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using DEA model,five input indexes and two output indexes were chosen from industrial production.Technological efficiency of industrial production was evaluated in 10 provinces,autonomous and regions in Western China.The result showed that the efficiency of industrial production was relatively high from the"12th five-year plan"time when western China was regarded as a focus on assistance and development,but the industrial foundation was still weak and technological efficiency of industrial production was strictly low in some provinces.The reasons of low technological efficiency of industrial production were analyzed and measured,and suggestions were made up with which provided some theoretical guidance for the relevant departments.更多还原
