口蹄疫病毒悬液的澄清及高倍超滤浓缩工艺研发

【摘要】 选用3种不同的澄清剂对口蹄疫病毒悬液进行澄清,并与后续的浓缩纯化工艺相结合,比较澄清效果及其对浓缩纯化的影响,筛选出一种适合超滤工艺的澄清剂。结果表明,将该样品前处理方法与超滤工艺相结合,口蹄疫病毒液最高浓缩倍数可达80倍,大大提高了超滤的效率。

【Abstract】 Three different flocculating agents were used to clarificate foot-and-mouth disease virus suspension, and cooperated clarification method with concentration and purification technology, so that to screen flocculating agent which is appropriate for ultrafiltration process. The results showed that the maximum concentration multiple of ultrafiltration was about80 after disposing foot-and-mouth disease virus suspension with optimal flocculating agents, which infinitely improved efficiency of ultrafiltration.
