【摘要】 目的:考察苯扎溴铵-大蒜素复方消毒剂对新城疫病毒的杀灭效果。方法:根据《兽用消毒剂鉴定技术规范》的相关规定,将其通过不同稀释倍数(100、1 000、1 0000)、在不同时间段(15、30、60 min)观察其对新城疫病毒的杀毒效果,同时以生理盐水、大蒜油和苯扎溴铵为对照。结果:样品1(10%大蒜油、10%苯扎溴铵复合溶液)在1 000倍稀释对新城疫病毒表现出完全的杀毒效果。结论:苯扎溴铵-大蒜素复方消毒剂在1 000倍稀释时对新城疫病毒的灭毒效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to probe into the disinfection effect of benzalkonium bromide-allicin compound disinfectant.Methods: Different dilution factors(100, 1 000 and 10 000) of this disinfectant were used to test its disinfection effect against Newcastle disease virus in various time ranges(15, 30 and 60 min) according to related rules of Veterinary Disinfectant Identification Technique Regulations. At the same time, physiological saline, benzalkonium bromide and garlic oil were used as the control test. Results: 1 000 multiple diluent of sample 1(10% garlic oil-10% benzalkonium bromide complex solution)present complete disinfection effect against Newcastle disease virus. Conclusion: 1 000 multiple diluent of benzalkonium bromide-allicin compound disinfectant has favourable disinfection effects.更多还原
