高速列车顶板振动测试及控制
Vibration Measurement and Control of High-speed Train’s Ceiling
【摘要】 为了掌握高速列车车体顶部振动特性以及振动从车体向车内装饰顶板的传递规律,达到对列车内装饰顶板区域隔振降噪的目的,对列车高速运行时车体顶部和内装饰顶板的振动进行了线上实车测试。试验对有受电弓的车厢和无受电弓的车厢的车顶部振动进行了测试对比,也对内装饰顶板在车体上的不同安装方式下的隔振效果做了对比分析。分析试验结果发现,在车顶部受电弓区域的振动加速度要远远大于其它部分,而且是一种频带很宽的振动;对于有受电弓的车厢,车顶板做了弹性安装处理有很好的隔振效果,大大降低了高频振动从车体向车顶板的传递,但是低频振动隔振处理的效果不明显;对于无受电弓车,振源主要是轮轨相互作用和气流对车体表面的脉动作用,顶板不必做隔振处理。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the noise and vibration of the top structures of vehicles of high- speed trains, vibration acceleration of roof and ceiling of the vehicles is measured. The measurement results for the vehicles in the two cases with and without pantograph are compared and analyzed. Effects of vibration isolation of the decorative panels between the roof and the ceiling with different installation manners are also compared and analyzed. It is shown that the pantograph can induce a broadband vibration in the vehicle’s roof and ceiling. And the amplitude of the vibration in the area adjacent to the pantograph is much greater than that in other region. For the train with pantograph, the elastic isolation device is very effective for high-frequency vibration isolation, but for the train without pantograph, this device is not necessary.
