斜支承系统包装物体的跌落破损边界研究
Study on Dropping Damage Boundary of Tilted Support Package System
【摘要】 以斜支承系统为研究对象,建立系统无量纲跌落冲击动力学方程。应用龙格—库塔数值分析方法,以系统特征参数、无量纲跌落冲击速度以及支承角或阻尼比为基本评价量,构建系统的二维跌落破损边界曲线和三维跌落破损边界曲面,讨论系统阻尼比、系统支承角以及系统特征参数等对跌落破损边界的影响。研究表明,系统特征参数、无量纲跌落冲击速度以及系统阻尼比对破损边界影响显著,系统存在最佳阻尼匹配,当系统阻尼比接近最佳匹配值时,系统对产品具有良好的保护性能,降低系统的特征参数或减小系统支承角可改善对产品保护性能。研究结论可为斜支承系统设计提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 The dimensionless dropping shock dynamical equations for a tilted support system are established. The system parameter, dimensionless dropping shock velocity and system support angle or damping ratio are selected as the basic evaluation parameters, the two-dimensional dropping damage boundary curves and the three-dimensional dropping damage boundary surfaces of the product are obtained by using Runge-Kutta method. The effect of damping ratio, support angle and the system parameter on the dropping damage boundary is discussed. It is shown that the effect of the system parameter, dimensionless dropping shock velocity and damping ratio on the damage boundary is noticeable, and there exists a best damping ratio for the system. As the system damping ratio is close to the best value, the system has a good protection performance for the products. Decreasing the system characteristic parameter or reducing the support angle can improve the protection performance for the products. Conclusion of the research may provide a theoretical base for the design of tilted support systems.
