犬听觉失匹配性负波研究

【摘要】 目前,动物脑电信号的研究仍停留在脑电图技术(EEG)本身,而少有对动物事件相关电位成分等方面的研究。本文通过微创操作获取犬脑电信号,以Oddball试验范式对犬进行听觉刺激,在犬的听觉事件相关电位信息中检测到了和人类相似的失匹配性负波(潜伏期:209 ms,局部峰振幅:-9.785μV),从脑电位信号变化的层面展示了犬脑对不同刺激处理的过程,证明了短纯音刺激的强度、频率与犬听觉MMN的出现不具备必然的联系,为下一步对犬脑自动加工,视觉、嗅觉事件相关电位的研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Study on the brain electrical signal is using the electroencephalogram(EEG)technology. However, we have rarely stud-ied the surrounding event related potential(ERPs)components and other issues in the animals. Here,we obtained the brain electricsignal from canine by the minimally invasive operation,and using a paparadigm adapted from Oddball to stimulus the canine.Finally,we detected a wave in the dog’s auditory event-related potential information,which is similar to the mismatch of negative wave(laten-cy:209 ms,peak amplitude: 9.785 μV)detected in human. It showed the processing of the brain to the different stimulus and provedthe auditory stimulus intensity,and frequency appearance did not have inevitable connection with dog auditory MMN’s. This studylaid a solid foundation for the next step on dog brain automatic processing,visual,and smell event-related potential research.
