中草药及复方制剂对3种致病菌及枯草芽孢杆菌J-4的体外抑菌研究
Study on the Antibacterial effect of Chinese herbal medicines and compound recipe on three pathogenic bacterium and Bacillus subtilis J-4 in vitro
【摘要】 采用牛津杯法、琼脂板扩散法和比浊法,测定10种中药、2种方剂及复配制剂对3种致病菌及枯草芽孢杆菌J-4的体外抑菌效果,并测定中药最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果显示,黄连、黄柏对大肠杆菌抑制作用较强,MIC均为7.8 mg/mL;石菖蒲对沙门菌抑制作用最强,抑菌圈达16.53 mm,MIC为125 mg/mL;对痢疾杆菌,各单味中药抑制作用均较弱。太无神术散抑菌作用强于二妙丸,但均弱于复配制剂,对3种致病菌的MIC分别为3.9 mg/mL,7.8 mg/mL,7.8 mg/mL。黄连、生姜对J-4均表现为抑制作用,2%太无神术散对J-4增殖作用最明显,其他各药对J-4增殖作用因药物浓度不同而不同。
【Abstract】 Oxford plate disc diffusion method and turbidimetric method were used to determine the offect of 10 Chinese herbalmedicines 2 compound preparation and combined herb extracts on 3 pathogenic bacteria and Bacillus subtilis J-4,in vitro,and theminimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)was tested.The results showed: Rhizoma coptidi、and Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis hadhigher antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli,and the MIC of both Rhizoma coptidi and Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis were 7.8mg/m L;Acorus gramineus had the highest antibacterial effects on Salmonella, the bacteriostatic diameter was 16.53 mm,and MIC was 125 mg/m L,Each kind of the Chinese herbal medicines had lower antibacterial abilities on Shigella dysenteriae. Antibacterial effectswas higher in tai wu shen shu power than Er Miao Pill,but the highest was the combined herb extracts.The MIC of the combined herbextracts was 3.9 mg/m L,and 7.8 mg/m L,7.8 mg/m L. Respectively Rhizoma coptidi and Rhizoma Zingberis Recens inhibited thegrowth of J-4,but tai wu shen shu power significantly improved the growth of J-4 at the concentration of 2%,The others Chinese herb-al medicines had different growth promoting effect with different concentrations.
