日粮能量对育成柴鸡卵巢促卵泡素受体、促黄体素受体表达的影响

【摘要】 本研究旨在探究日粮能量对育成柴鸡卵巢促性腺激素受体的影响及其机理。选用育成柴鸡14周龄36只采用单因素方差随机试验,随机分成3个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复4只鸡,分别饲喂低能、高能、对照的日粮,试验时间为28d,采用荧光定量反转录-聚合酶链反应,研究日粮能量水平对柴鸡性成熟过程中卵巢促卵泡受体和促黄体受体mRNA表达的影响。结果显示:育成柴鸡FSHR、LHR的表达低能组与对照组差异不显著,但是与高能组差异极显著。结果说明,日粮能量通过下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴影响育成柴鸡生殖机能。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary energy on expression of FSHR,LHR in the ovary replacement period of caiji-chicken.Thirty-six replacement period caijichicken with fourteen weeks age were randomly assigned to three diatary treatments with three replicates of four chicken each.The groups received low energy,high and control energy for 28 days,respectively.The result showed that there was no significantly effect of low energy and control on expression of FSH and LHR,but the difference between the high energy and low energy was significantly(P<0.01).The result indicated that diatary energy affects reproductive function of caiji chicken through the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis.
